Rebecca will be running 4 workshops suitable for anyone and everyone to learn more about mindfulness and mediation. Whether you are just curious or already practise a little or a lot, come along and explore the different facets of mindfulness and have fun deepening this transformational practice in your own life.
AFHQ Wellness Room – 1 hour class
Mondays at 8.30am for 4 weeks starting 1st August 2022 (01/08/22; 08/08/22; 15/08/22; 22/08/22).
What to bring:
Yoga mat and/or a cushion to sit on and a pen & notepad.
What to expect:
Rebecca will present information and then we’ll practise with mindfulness exercises and guided meditations with time in between to share experiences and ask questions. Be prepared to experience more presence and calmness in your life!
Do I need to come to all four classes?
You are welcome to come to any or all of the classes. Each week will be slightly different and build on the learnings from the previous week.
