ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Ash! I have over 10 years of experience in the Fitness Industry and am passionate about helping more people move more often! You’ll often see me on the gym floor training clients and mentoring the next generation of Personal Trainers.

QUALIFICATIONS
Fitness, Nutrition and Dietetics, Pre and Post Natal Programming, Olympic Lifting, Pilates, Yoga, Barre, Les Mills, Behaviour Change Strategies, Exercise for Elderly Clients, Training and Assessment.

SPECIALITY EXPERIENCE
A little of what you want, a little of what you need and of course – the secret sauce! I don’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach to fitness, which is why I’ve invested so much time exploring multiple training modalities. It’s important for me to be able to adapt my methodologies to suit my clients likes and needs as they enter different stages of their life.

There are so many! I’ve helped a client lose 60kgs, I’ve had clients compete in bodybuilding competitions, win Power Lifting and Crossfit Competitions, but a standout would have to be taking a member who was cautious about starting their fitness journey and helping them grow into a confident Personal Trainer!
