AF CORE is a freestyle exercise which strengthens and trains your lower back, hips, abdomen and pelvis to work together for better balance and stability combined with several different training styles.

AF STRENGTH Strength training or resistance training involves the performance of physical exercises which are designed to improve strength and endurance.

AGELESS is a specialised class in awareness of movement. We are working on your balance in addition to increasing your strength and fitness. This class is a movement-based class for persons who need to work on balance, coordination and functional strength.

BARRE is a low impact, high intensity workout combining the best of all the things you love most, from standing pilates work, short cardio intervals, to dance moves in a ballet class.The class is accessible for everybody and all levels of fitness.

BOOTCAMP A fitness boot camp is a type of class that mixes traditional callisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training.

BOX COMBO This workout utilises the fundamentals of a boxer’s workout with focus pads.This workout will strengthen and tone your arms, legs, back, core, stamina and your confidence.

CARDIO ATTACK is based on a rhythmic activity that raises your heart rate into your target heart rate zone. This is the zone where you burn the most fat and calories.

CYCLE This class is designed to use power to strengthen the body and the mind. You will be challenged with high resistance hill climbs that will tone your muscles and sprints that will make your heart pump

FIT TO BE 30 min interval based circuit bridging the gap for our beginners to make the next step in their fitness journey.

FOREVER FIT This class will aim to improve your strength, cardiovascular fitness along with mobility, flexibility and develop core strength.

BOOTY BLAST Sculpt, tone and tighten those buns in this high-energy booty-building class. We combine the use of sliders, bands, cardio, weights and bodyweight exercises focusing on the legs and butt to keep your booty tight and toned.

MEDITATION Relax and restore your body and mind through Meditation. Meditation is a grounding practice which helps you know and appreciate yourself and others.

METAFIT A high-intensity workout including a series of body-weight exercises with interval style training, designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete.

PILATES A core workout, that is low-impact, focusing on flexibility, muscular strength and endurance.

RAPID FIT Accelerate your endurance and tone up fast with full body, freestyle training in only 30mins.

S&C Establishing and maintaining strength and conditioning for all ages, with the three major goals of improving performance, reducing injuries, and teaching lifelong fitness and movement skills.

HIIT LOCKER This 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, build lean muscle and is guaranteed to get you results.

 Hatha is a general category that includes the practice of asana (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.

Based on the 12 major meridians, yin yang and the seasons. Every season, the yoga changes to focus on the meridians that will bring your body into balance with the seasonal change to keep you in optimum health.

One of many types of yoga, sequences are a series of slow, long holds and mat-based postures that stretch out the connective tissues and fascia in the body.

 This class integrates breath and movement. Explore a variety of postures through breath and movement, building strength, gaining flexibility and developing stillness within.

YOGALATES Combines yoga & Pilates, emphasising strengthening of the core.The core stabilises the spine, pelvis & the torso. Weights can be used for toning arm muscles.

BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit — fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, a total body workout. It will bum up to 540 calories*.

BODYSTEP is a full body cardio workout where you will use simple movements on, over and around the step. The cardio blocks will push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that will shape and tone your butt and thighs.

CORE is all about building core strength, improving functional fitness of the abdominals, mid-section, and glutes, as well as working the cross-slings, which run from the upper to lower body. Basically, CORE targets everything from the mid-thigh up to the shoulders.
